Cabinet dryer with tray

With the cabinet dryer you can dry small to average amounts of seed (film coated, pelleted etc.) fast and controlled. A processor provides an optimal drying process. While the heated or dried air takes care of the transport of moisture. The seed can be dried statically or in a fluïd bed. With cabinetdryers the treated seed is placed in mobile drying trays. The drying trays are provided with a retractable pusher. So that the trays can easily be placed in the cabinetdryer.

Drying section is divided by a panel in two horizontal compartments. A Sensor is placed underneath the tray and measure in the incoming air conditions	The tray can be placed in the cabinet drier. Dry air is sucked up from under the tray and would be lead trough the seeds.
There is opening in the horizontal panel even big as the tray. The tray would be pushed to a rubber strip that is mounted under the opening in the horizontal panel. On the side there is opening to extract dry air.	A wired screen is placed on top of the opening to prevent that seeds of pellets are sucked out of the tray. The T and RH of the out coming air would be measured. A lamp which is placed above the tray helps to observe the drying process.
Double opening to extract boiler heated air (water 90°�]70°) or dehydrated air. In a closed drying situation, dry air out of the seeds would re�]used from this point.	Backside of cabinet drier: • Connections heaters to central boiler system. • Ventilator out coming air (right on top)
