Practical information about perfection in 1-layer ventilation

Evenness is the characteristic of optimal ventilation. This evenness is realized by means of the effective 1-layer air-distribution system.

It works according to a logical principle.

In this system the boxes are stacked in rows in front of the air-distribution system. The openings in the air-distribution system are aligned with the pallet openings at the bottom of the boxes. Air from the air-distribution system is blown through the boxes containing the product.

This box distinguishes itself by means of a base plate on the underside of the pallet. Thanks to a differnce in thickness between the planks in the base and the base plate, an air outlet is created at the side. This allows the exhaust air to escape.

The 1-layer air-distribution system

The boxes and their pallets are neatly aligned to the air-distribution system and to one another. This means the air escaping from the system can only travel in one direction: upward. The special pallet and base construction means that every box has its own large-capacity outlet - this enables the air to escape evenly.

Practical issues

The distribution of air across each box is optimal. The large air-inflow surface area ensures very little resistance.

The evenness of the drying process is closely connected with the volumes, size and product type to be dried. Using the 1-layer air-distribution system allows you to work with an uneven number of box layers.
